Company Secretary Andrew Yule and Company Limited Pay Scale: Rs.36,600 - 3% - 62,000 Qualifications: Apart from being a graduate from a recognized University, he/she must be fellow/associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (a statutory body established by an Act of Parliament) with 15 to 18 years of post-qualification experience within 45 years of age.
