Qualifications: Apart
from being a graduate from a recognized University, he/she must be
fellow/associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India
(a statutory body established by an Act of Parliament) with 15 to 18
years of post-qualification experience within 45 years of age.
Preference will be given to the candidates having Chartered Accountancy
qualification. The incumbent must be conversant with the nitty-gritty of
Company Law administration and posses the ability of dealing with stock
exchange. Experience of working with a Central Public Sector
Enterprise/ eEnvironment will be an added advantage.
