Analyst\ Sr Analyst FRO Tax Transfer Pricing Description Job Purpose: Prepare and manage the global transfer pricing documentation reports and other incidental activities that will support tax and transfer pricing teams in various parts of the world Key Responsibilities: Management of end-to-end documentation process for allocated share of countries Work in close coordination with the US tax team, business, finance and tax professionals Regular interaction with group CFOs and controllers to understand the business model Monitor International TP developments and initiate action plans Gathering and analyzing data relating to intercompany transactions within entire Citi group Perform functional interviews and understand extremely complex flows Prepare and review country specific documentation for complex jurisdictions Preparation of statutory TP disclosures, if required Support HQ cost allocation processes Develop Internal Knowledge development tools ...
