Seeking a full-time Associate - Finance to join India team. The position could be based out of Delhi or Bangalore.      Position Summary   The Finance Associate's primary responsibility would be to assist with the delivery of financial management technical assistance to portfolio companies - early stage small and growing businesses / SMEs - under Upaya's LiftUP program encompassing support on budgeting and forecasting exercises, capacity building in the form of trainings and guidance on financial controls as well as creation of fundraising collateral such as financial models.
