Job Position: Order to Cash (O2C) Process Control Service Delivery Manager
Function: FINANCE
Scope: Global O2C control service delivery manager
Reports to: Global Controls/Compliance Operations Director
Location: Bangalore
Background:
This role is part of the Monitoring & Reporting service.  The person will be the global lead for the Order to Cash process control in the company and will be a subject matter expert. The role will require working with internal monitoring & reporting control counterparts, stakeholders in different parts of the company, handling external auditors for global O2C process as well as extensive working with service provider.

Major accountabilities:
  • Monitoring and reporting of O2C controls defined in control framework – configuration controls and control health indicators
  • Global UL lead for O2C process controls and key point of contact for global O2C process and country O2C teams on controls
  • Act as service delivery manager for countries assigned for all the processes – O2C, P2P, R2R & M2D
  • Run governance with countries and clusters and other forums on controls as per the operating model
  • Delivery of metrics – on-time remediation, on-time accurate reporting and other key metrics for CSC
  • Senior stakeholder engagement – making presentations, managing expectations and deliverables
  • Manage and align service provider to CSC agenda and ensure optimum output
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement actions in the area of O2C both on process and policy side
  • Identify and drive projects with cross functional teams – CET, Business Operations, O2C Operations Team & CD Finance etc
  • Explore analytics opportunity to further expand CSC scope of services
  • Coordinating external assurance activities relating to O2C process controls assessment including Corporate Audit, External Audit and SOX assessment
  • Managing additional responsibilities assigned as SPOC for CSC – ICM, Learning & Development etc.
Key Skills:
  • O2C process understanding - (e.g. master data, sales orders, delivery, refusals/ returns, invoicing, rebates, debit/ credit notes, receipts, accounts receivables and credit management)
  • Analytical skills - Ability to gather, analyze and evaluate facts and to prepare and present concise oral and written commentaries
  • Organization Effectiveness - Inter personal skills to engage and effectively work with a wide variety of stakeholders from diverse backgrounds 
  • Project Management – planning and coordination abilities
  • Leadership – Lead immediate and extended teams (3P service provider) and capable of setting and executing agenda independently
  • Communication skills – Fluent in written and spoken English 
  • Change Management 
Relevant Experience:
  • Masters degree in Accounting or Finance preferred - CA/CPA/MBA Finance or similar qualification
  • Strong operational experience in a customer development finance  and accounting role
  • 8+ years working experience from the manufacturing sector  – eg )consumer goods/durables/pharma/automobiles
  • Exposure to working on SAP – hands on working experience is preferred
