The Company provides CFO and Finance effectiveness services to clients across industry verticals and size; the ownership spectrum ranging from Family Owned, Private Equity/ Venture Capital backed, Listed, Indian subsidiary of a Multinational to those in the social impact space..It currently services clients pan India through teams present in 7 Indian cities Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai and Coimbatore.
Skills Required:
1. Chartered Accountant
2. Good exposure in Finance
3. 3-6 yrs PQE for the role of Manager
4. 6-12 yrs PQE for the role of Senior Manager
Job Responsibilities:
The Engagement Manager will be placed full time at the client's location and will be the point of contact for the promoter.
1. He would be dealing with the client's CEO.
2. Would be supervising the activity of the client F&A team
3. Would be working directly with the other dept. heads, like purchases, sales, production, planning and HR at the client locations.
The Engagement manager would be reporting to the Engagement leader who would be managing a portfolio of anywhere between 4-15 clients.
The Engagement manager will be on rolls of this company working full time at the client location. He might get to work with 2 clients (3 days per week each). Continuation of employment does not depend on the financial position of the client.
