Function: FINANCE

Skills:

Functional expertise, good communication and interpersonal skills, system orientation, multi-tasking.Sound technical knowledge in accounting, working knowledge of accounting standards, GAAP, knowledge of migrations is preferred

Education: 

Minimum 15 years of formal education - Professional qualification in Chartered / Cost accountancy

Experience: 

10-12 years in corporate world, at least 7 years relevant experience in managing processes

Background of hardcore accounting preferred

Job Responsibilities:

1.       Process Responsible for oversight, direction and supervision of day to day operations on the floor Identify and complete transition of work to PGS Set and achieve the Quality and Productivity SLAs Conduct periodic performance reviews for AMs Drive process improvement initiatives within the BU Ensure adherence to Compliance needs

2.       People Ensure timely recruitment and training of Associates. Development and career planning of the teams under their purview Develop and implement reward and recognition programs within the BU. Drive employee morale and satisfaction. Attrition management. Work closely with line HR to drive team spirit. Communicate, influence and enforce consistent processes and policies across teams

3.       Special  projects/ initiative Lead special projects/initiatives within the BU as well as engage in cross –BU initiatives.

4.       Client relationship management  Manage client relationship and front end with stakeholders to meet their expectations  Interface with our US counterparts on a regular basis   Escalate issues which need their intervention.   Exchange ideas and share best practices.
