Job Responsibilities:
The Financial Analyst/Sr. Financial Analyst will work closely
with the FP&A Lead on the IN P&L and long term financials. This
includes presentation of monthly, quarterly and annual financials, forecasting
and reporting fixed and variable expenses, development costs and capital
investment required to launch new product categories. The finance analyst/sr. finance analyst will
work with the Finance Manager in improving existing reporting systems as well
as developing new reports , given the fast paced growth of amazon's business in
India. The Financial Analyst/Sr. Financial Analyst will also interact with Tax, Accounting and
Financial Systems teams to ensure correctness of Financials.
The Financial Analyst/Sr. Financial Analyst will closely support the Finance Manager in overseeing the overall and incremental Headcount/Operating Expenses required to launch new categories. It will involve evaluation of headcount plans and set appropriate budget to fund category specific requirements. This involves working with various teams across amazon to determine incremental ask in terms of both Headcount as well as Opex.
