[Career Site] CA experienced(8-10 yrs) required as Vice President – Finance at Citi
Description
The jobholder's key responsibility is the management of Finance function of the Chennai CSC including the GL control processes, billing and recovery for various COEs, providing timely business decision and analysis support to the site management, working capital management, complying with all regulatory requirements, ensure error free reporting, forecasting and reconciliations.
- Strong BP&A background and experience required
- Should be well versed with requirements of a SEZ
- Facilitate financial reporting (US monthly management reporting and Indian GAAP reporting)
- Accountable to ensure seamless day to day financials controls deliverables
- Will need to work closely with the Site Head & Site CAO on various initiatives
Comprehensive domain knowledge particularly in following fields:
- SEZ Compliance
- VAT Matters
- Service tax
- Financial analysis
- Indian Accounting Standards
- Statutory reporting and audits
- Identifying and solving data quality issues
- Companies Act, 1956
Qualifications
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Ability to deliver under pressure / stress and ambiguity
- Can multitask and self-starter
- Experience of working in a SEZ unit is a must and if it is of a bank then it would be preferred
- Excellent computer skills required
