1. IT cost Budgeting, Forecast and Reporting (Annual and Quarterly) a. HC forecasting b. Cost trend analysis c. HC and cost forecast collection from IT head d. Project demand review e. Quarterly reporting of Forecast and Actuals
2. Monthly Actuals review a. Monthend closing b. Cost analysis and cost control feedback to management
3. Project billing a. Monthly review of project effort and billable effort identification b. Billable effort review with project manager/ Business partner for billing c. Quarterly billing/invoicing of effort d. Demand vs recovery Analysis e. Resource utilization tracking
4. Business Reviews a. prepare presentations for business and stakeholders a. perform Quarterly cost review with various stakeholders b. contribute towards presentation for global business review
5. Adhoc Reports, Analysis and presentations
Qualifications
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following selection criteria: Should be a CA / ICWA / MBA Minimum working experience = 2 to 4 years post graduate / qualification experience and at least 1year cost forecast experience.
Profile should evolve quickly in responsibility (evolution in 2 years) for a higher position. Excellent computer skills in MS Office (very strong skills in Excel) Exposure of working in an ERP environment
SAP experience is mandatory Rigorous, reliable, adherence to timelines, organised Reactivity and efficiency be customer minded Autonomy, Initiative, Curiosity Ability to relate well with people to gain their help, co-operation (Team work).
Clear communicator - written and verbal. Analytical - able to deal with detail but also summarize clearly.
Very good IT skills (MS office, ERP-SAP, consolidation & reporting tools). Passionate / Open / Straightforward / Effective
