Associate 601 – Expense Management

The candidate will be responsible for driving the expense management agenda across the CCB LOB. This will include the following.

·         Monthly and quarterly reporting on all identified expense management initiatives to senior management (this would include all Tech/Non-tech initiatives and T&E expenses).

·         Perform data driven analytics and in-depth diagnostics on expense trends/queries.

·         Facilitate all aspects of driving execution of the expense management agenda with key stakeholders and LOBs. This includes (but not limited to) providing meaningful commentaries for senior management, facilitation of decision making/expense policy creation through data diagnostics, partnering with stakeholders to implement policies and drive down costs etc.

·         Identification and driving of cost save areas, feasibility assessment and spearheading projects across CCB (both strategy and execution).

·         In the supervisory role, managing the expense management and T&E group to ensure seamless, timely & error free deliverables. Coaching and mentoring the team as and when required. Performing all activities required in a supervisory role.

·         Identify and implement processes to increase efficiency and quality of output.

Qualifications

 

Required Experience/Skills:

·         A strong mix of analytical and data management skills, as the job entails working with a large quantities of data, analyzing the data to create effective metrics and reporting (to facilitate decision making and driving expense management initiatives.

·         Strong influencing skills and ability to concisely articulate key recommendations

·         Superior attention to details

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint

·         Strong project management skills and ability to manage and partner with global stakeholders.

·         Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to mentor and manage a team.
