| Position Description Handle the day to day financial reporting operations and Indian regulatory compliance requirements of AIG Analytics Services, Pvt. Ltd. including the preparation of monthly financial statements. • Primary responsibility is to Prepare financial statements and supporting according to monthly close schedule • Analyzing Financial Statements on a monthly basis and reporting on variances • ensure all the expense entries they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis • Support for all day to day financial management for the company • Ensuring all finance related matters are dealt with effectively, efficiently, quickly and accurately. • Support production and review of Business Unit Allocations, manual Management Reports, Statutory Accounts and all other reporting requirements within pre-set time frames. • Produce and maintain Budget, actual and forecast for the company. • Support payments and receipts, reconciliation of bank statements and fixed assets • Support monthly completion/review and reconciliation of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss. • Assist with implementation of new GL package and developing matrix to capture business unit allocations • Producing and maintaining budgets and forecasts in conjunction with the relevant Manager and/or Director. • Responsible for filing monthly and quarterly tax and compliance forms • Support yearend accounts and liaising with auditors. • Manage Asset register linked to balance sheet records • Manage production and maintain cash flow forecast s • Support internal audit controls and legal compliance in respect of the captive. • Maintaining and developing knowledge of captive matters e.g. taxation, accounting standards etc. Position Requirements 5+ Year accounting / finance reporting experience Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives Proficient in MS Excel and financial packages Experience of India tax and regulatory principles Experience of management accounting (Depreciation, NPV and IRR) Must have good communication skills About Us American International Group, Inc.
