Projected Financials and Credit Rating Aditya Birla Nuvo is a diversified conglomerate. It is important to assess the financial impact of various initiatives on the Company. This role requires in-depth understanding of the businesses 

Description

Investor Relations (IR)

• Enabling effective two way communication between the Company and Investors (Incl. sell side and buy side analysts).
• Supporting in Investor Targeting for formulating effective IR strategy 
• Developing in-depth understanding of various businesses of the Company    including benchmarking and peer comparison.
• Supporting in improving the visibility of the Company through enhanced analyst coverage, media interactions, website, company literature etc.
• Supporting in designing the communiqué of Company’s financial performance, outlook and strategy for dissemination to the Board / Investors in a transparent manner.

Projected financial, Credit Rating and Annual Budgeting

Preparing projected financial of the Company under various scenarios,

for credit rating and for P&B.

Consolidating & Analysing annual opex and capex budget and highlighting

key challenges / opportunities being/to be witnessed by the businesses and

initiatives taken / to be taken for mitigating / tapping them.

 

Qualifications

 

• Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance

 Mandatory Skills 1. Candidate should possess good analytical skills along with good written and oral communication skills. 2. Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of IT systems. 3. Experience of working independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment. 4. Knowledge of Accounts, Taxation and Finance.
