Ultimately, the Futures Programme aims to attract high quality people to the company and through a comprehensive schedule of work experience and
training, help them to meet their full potential, while meeting the critical
business needs of the firm and actively contributing to its continued growth.
Features
Futures Program is on rolls program of the company
18 to 24 months Rotational Programme
4 to 6 months rotations within a diverse
range of business units. Final placement based on priority business needs and a
close match to each Futures Associate’s
skill set.
· Mentoring Programme
Each Associate is assigned a Mentor for
the duration of the Programme. The Mentor is an Advisor and confidant,
providing insight on each rotation, helping with setting and achieving goals
and general career guidance and advice.
Training & Development
Franklin Templeton is dedicated to
continual training and development. Associates have a structured training plan
delivered by either our dedicated training team or via online learning tools,
external projects or learning centres, e.g.
- On the job training
- Business insight & performance techniques
- Professional/Leadership skills - Leveraging technology
