1. Credit submissions – Should ensure in his portfolio a high quality and timely submission of BCA and other credit notes
2. High quality of independent credit analysis 3. Optimise risk / return in portfolio 4. Effective engagement with client to get a good understanding of the Credit, product requirement & suitability, etc which would help in robust structuring of the facilities 5. Robust structuring of facilities which are appropriate to client and compliant with policies and regulations 6. Transparent disclosures 7. Quick turnaround on proposals 8. Effective use of workshoping 9. Effectively use the external information including the feedback from other banks, suppliers, buyers, peers, etc 10. Strong recognition of environmental issues in line with Bank’s sustainability agenda 11. High quality of presentation in Credit Committees 12. Should prioritise the BCA’s thereby balancing the turnaround on new proposals and renewal / monitoring of existing facilities 13. Should have a strong understanding of policies, new regulations etc 14. Should develop industry / product expertise 15. Efficient tracking of CaRTs 16. Timely and quality QPRs 17. Early recognition of any credit deterioration and flagging off EAs 18. Timely and quality submission of EA updates 19. Timely completion of EA conditions & ASTAR 20. Updation of MTM in the portfolio 21. No adverse comment from GIA / LRM /CA / RBI 22. Monitoring UFCE, TM, etc and escalating issues if any 23. Monitoring excess and past dues in the portfolio and escalating issues if any 24. Monitoring timely stock inspection and factory inspection 25. Make regular client visits and update the discussions through RM Workbench 26. Regulators: Ensure strict adherence to regulatory/central bank and bank's own policies 27. Should play an active role in the implementation of policy/regulatory changes 28. Should constantly review and update the processes in the light of changing regulatory requirements / policies 29. Social Legitimacy: Ensure that all transactions are in line with the bank's sustainability agend 30. Brand: Participate in SCB sponsored initiatives (like Seeing is Believing, Living with HIV etc) Values and Culture 31. Clear understanding and communication of the Bank's culture 32. Ensure successful integration of new hires within the team | |
Qualification Post Graduate/ Chartered Accountant.
