Description

· Assist and support in direct / Indirect tax management and compliance

· Preparation of tax returns, details / information regarding Tax returns of the company and subsidiaries.

· Providing support in indirect tax compliance, dealing with tax office for obtaining various permissions etc.

· Drafting of appeal and factual as well as legal submissions, appearance before tax authorities for the purpose of assessment, appeals, rectification, refunds, order effect, etc.

· Supporting and assist units and subsidiary companies for tax compliances.

 

Qualifications

 Chartered Accountant Mandatory Skills Good knowledge of tax laws. Drafting skills for making representation and submissions. Good Communications skills to deal with tax authorities and other agencies.
