Finance Analyst
Job Summary
Financial analyst is responsible for producing quarterly revenue/unit forecasts, cost of sales and other related analysis for Apple India. This position will primarily interact with India senior management, both Sales and Finance, and will be located in Gurgaon, India.
Key Qualifications
- 10-12 years of work experience with strong financial modelling and analysis skills.
- Work experience with MNCs preferred
- Excellent organisational skills to be able to drive processes to produce deliverables on a set calendar without exception.
- Ability to take a high level “vision” and operationalise.
- Ability to manage, influence, and develop strong internal and external relationships. Ability to effectively liaise across the business, often within a non-finance capacity.
- Strong excel skills preferred. Experience with SAP and Hyperion Essbase a plus.
- High level of ethics and integrity.
- Must have strong presentation skills.
Description
List to the channel partners •Review and Update VAT, CST & Customs Duty impact •Review the composite tax rate on a quarterly basis •Pro-actively analyze and include in the monthly financials on significant variance. Systems & Process Improvement •Enhance the reporting system & business intelligence we bring to business partners & Management •Enhance/ automate cost tracking & fine tuning the existing reports •Collaborate actively with the EMEIA FPA team to ensure increased efficiency in CoS forecast and planning preparation in full accuracy •Engage with system projects with close collaboration with SSC (Related to Claims process or similar such areas)
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business. CA preferred
