Experience   : 4-7 Years in Financial Reporting & Compliance (Telecom experience preferred). Knowledge of SAP FICO, MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint is MUST. Candidate should be self-motivated and should be able to take self-initiatives in carrying out financial analysis, process improvements and automation. Candidate must be able to reach out to cross functional teams and build rapport with internal and external customers/suppliers across geographies. Candidate should have problem solving ability, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, multi-tasking skills, time management skills, eye on detail and good communication skills. Candidate should be fluent in English. Candidate should be able to work on weekends & different time zones to cater the requirements as & when needed (especially with India where a large team is based out of).

Roles              : Assistant Finance Manager for 5 European entities
Duties            : Preparing and responsible for all legal entity books closure in SAP on monthly basis in all GAAPs set of accounts (US GAAP, Local GAAP) while ensuring accuracy and timelines. This includes monthly calendar circulation, accurate preparation of accrual of expenses, bank reconciliation statements, open PO Analysis, payroll journals, prepaid journals, Revaluation run, Foreign exchange analysis, open item clearing etc and follow-up from internal teams based across geographies.
Preparing financials of 5 European entities that includes quarterly & yearly statutory audit requirements per US GAAP and Local GAAP. This includes periodic review of monthly MIS (PL, BS, CF, Schedules, Variance Analysis etc) to the Management and ensuring that action points arising there on is adequately addressed. 
To liaise with Statutory Auditors for quarterly and annual audits, assist in providing audit requirement details in time and resolving all queries of the auditors.
Support to TCIPL Consolidation Team for any Audit requirements including preparation of CAS Schedules while ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and analysis.
Responsible for preparing month end reconciliations and balance sheet schedules ensuring it matches to the trail balance. To follow up with respective teams to clear any differences/reconciling items.
The Person should be able to prepare financials & assist in presenting the financials (Board Deck) to various stakeholders (including senior management).
Regular participation in projects or activities as a contributing team member. Assists supervisor to identify important issues or risks and providing feedback for improvement/changes in methods & techniques.
Seeks appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes.
Proactively work on improvement projects undertaken including reconciliations of accounts.
To provide support/data/information to Regulatory and Compliance team and assist them in filing regulatory requirements relevant to the domain across Europe regions. To provide periodically requested information to Local authorities for Statistical Analysis purpose as per the requirement of particular country.
