[Featured Job] Financial Analyst at leading IT company, Bangalore
The Financial Analyst will prepare measurements and bridges to provide
insights on financial performance of a Business Unit/ Contract in the company's Enterprise
Services. The profile would require to perform the following functions:
§ Work on BU/ Contract financials / spend / balance
sheet analysis to drive performance.
§ Interlock with Account Executives and other
Business partners to develop a forecast and also perform Actual Vs. Budget /
Forecast variance analysis.
§ Develop and implement financial trend reports to
identify performance issues within the business and risks or opportunities in
current Budget / Forecast.
§ Act as a Trusted Business Advisor to drive revenue
and profits.
§ Present financial analysis to Business Leaders/CFOs
with confidence.
§ Works with cross cultural teams based out of
different geographies to drive the desired outcome.
§ Requires flexibility of working across time zones
pivotal being APJ hours.
Qualifications:

CAs, CPAs, MBAs (from
reputed schools)
·
Typically 5+ years of
experience as a financial analyst
·
Typically experienced
in a variety of finance functions. Exposure to IT service industry would be a
plus
Required Experience/Skills:

Prior exposure to
services industry, preferably with some ES experience would be a plus
·
Good analytical
skills and interpretation of financial data.

Excellent
understanding and application of accounting principles and financial analysis.
