Assistant Manager Accounts
The manufacturing plant is in YELAHANKA- Bangalore outskirts
CTC- 5 to 6 lacs p.a.
At least One year of post-qualification experience in the
area of financial statement preparation, budgeting, payroll, purchasing,
accounts payable, auditing and accounts receivable, or the equivalent.
Experience working with an automated financial management system. Experience in
manufacturing will be get advantage.
Strong understanding of Generally
Accepted Accounting Principles (Indian GAAP).
Depth knowledge in Direct tax , Indirect tax & Transfer
pricing audit.
Ability to analyze financial data and to prepare accurate
reports in a timely fashion.
•
Oversees the daily accounting activities.
•
Supervises, directs, and reviews the work of the
accounting staff (including, but not limited to, cash & Bank
reconciliations, Vendor Account statement reconciliations, accounts
receivable transactions, fixed asset accounting, payroll, accounts payable,
recording of revenue and expenses, etc.).
•
Reviews general ledger on a monthly basis to
ensure accuracy of posting
•
Preparation of monthly closing Journal entry
•
Coordinates monthly, quarterly, and annual
closing activities.
•
Preparation of project monitoring report
•
Capitalization of Assets
•
Monitor Cash Flow & Monitor & follow up
of receivable & Advance to supplier.
•
Co coordinating with Auditors & Furnishing
information for statutory & internal audit
•
Implements recommendations made by internal
auditor in order to improve accounting processes, procedures and principle.
•
Adequate coverage of Insurance & Ensure
cover of all assets before policy expiry
•
Filling of Claim
•
ECGC cover for new customer
•
Insurance cover for job work place
•
Filling of Service tax return and furnishing
information for completion of assessment.
•
Filling of TDS return & Issuing TDS
certificate
•
Transfer pricing audit
•
Co coordinating & Providing information for
Income tax audit
•
Filling of income tax return
