Job DescriptionThe BPA, NBS Reporting & Planning is an expert in value-added management accounting activities, with a strong focus on driving financial reporting & planning completeness, accuracy and timeliness through systematic performance monitoring and measurement, and continuous process improvement and learning / best-practice dissemination. The BPA, NBS Reporting & Planning works in close collaboration with Local (Country), Regional and Global Finance Leaders and Associates across NBS Service Domains, FRA Operations and Novartis Divisions supporting in monthly Management Reporting, Latest Estimate, Strategic Planning and Budgeting cycles for Novartis Business Services (NBS)
Minimum requirementsChartered Accountant or MBA (Finance) from reputed institute English • 3-6 years’ experience in financial reporting & accounting, planning & budgeting in a multinational company • Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail • Understanding of ERPs and reporting tools • Project management background and prior experience in reporting & planning process modelling / re-engineering • Strong interpersonal skills • Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to create and present management dashboards
