Qualification : Chartered Accountant

Experience : 2-3 years

Objective:

Ensure that local statutory reporting is completed in compliance manner and on timely basis.
Ensure that group reporting (i.e under IFRS) is completed in compliant manner and on timely basis.
To perform basic analysis on the financial statements

Main Tasks

Statutory audit of BIL on quarterly basis and on yearly basis (including liaison with auditor & other stakeholders).
Group reporting of BIL on monthly basis
Expert knowledge on Indian accounting standards, IFRS and audit process
Preparation of MIS reports and basic analysis
Segment results, Audit and Board meeting presentations, preparation for annual shareholders meeting
Audit of other Group entities (i.e. annual activity)
Financial statement review preparation (i.e. annual activity)
Providing support for other projects as per requirement Internal controls over financial reporting.
