Position Description

Roles and Responsibilities -

To be aligned with the business segment. Get an in depth understanding of the business. 
Analyse and provide suggestions to create efficiencies.
Create cost models and advice on pricing strategies.
Developing and tracking on various KPI's related to the business
Prepare FTE view of UHG Group - offshore / onshore - by business line - by segment line 
Prepare CBA's for OTIQ reporting
Review actual costs and other analysis vs budget / plan.  Calculate variances from monthly forecast.
Productivity analysis of IT and non IT segments
Costing / pricing of IT / Non IT new deals
Calculate annual variances from prior forecasts (capital committee approved and Steering Committee approved forecasts). Investigate forecast variances and explain or fix. 
Corporate Reporting

To be considered for this position, applicants need to meet the qualifications listed in this posting.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting. Preferred Chartered accountant / MBA in finance from a good business school. - Preference would be an MBA from a good business school

Skills/Experience:
Advanced knowledge of financial analysis techniques and general accounting procedures
Well-developed mathematical and analytical skills
Excellent Computer skills – Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, VBA), MS Access
Advanced ability to identify and resolve exceptions and interpret data
Detail orientation, excellent communication skills, self motivated, takes initiative to improve processes, works independently, team player
