Education and Experience
A qualified Chartered accountant with 08-10 years of experience in core accounting function in financial services industry preferably in broking entity.

Job Description
Accounts:
Oversee complete accounting function of all Group companies.
Interaction with auditors, exchanges, bankers and rating agencies with respect to accounts
Overseeing and reporting on payments including to vendors, staff, statutory dues/taxes, payment to associates etc. Timely collections from all including clients
Ensuring appropriate use of multiple software for supporting various needs relating to accounts.
Generation and submission of various MIS reports
Taxation:
Calculating liabilities under various tax regulations
Timely payments, filing returns, completing tax audits
Attending to taxation matters with authorities
Finance:
Interactions with Bankers, rating agencies and others to ensure timely availability of working capital for operations.
Generating regular MIS relating to finance and budgeting
Compliance:
All matters relating to exchange compliance, net worth report submission, PMLA guidelines etc.
