Primary purpose of
the position:
Prepare necessary journal entries, analyses reports and
perform other task as assigned in support of the monthly financial close for
assigned area/account.
Review financial result for completeness. Perform flux
analysis on trial balances to ensure accuracy of financial results.
Prepare assigned monthly balance sheet reconciliation in
Blackline and in accordance with established schedules.
Assist with the identification and implementation of the
process improvements and system enhancements. Prepare and maintain process and
control documentation.
Interface directly and regular with operation business
associate to provide necessary accounting and financial support of new
initiatives or on-going business processes.
Assist in assigned special departmental projects, ad hoc
reporting, etc

Adhere to the Service Level Agreement (SLAs) specific by the
Client / Process for quality, productivity and schedule adherence.
Complete logs specified by the process
To be aware of and comply with any cient / process /
product updates.
Assist other team members who are new to the process.
Address any problems/ grievances with the TL/ TC/ TM that
may have a bearing on productivity or efficiency.
Take steps to improve on performance based on coaching.
Adhere to HR policies (dress code, leave policy) etc.

Assist the TL in his activities or any help that he may
require
Participate in Open Forums with the TL/ TM/Operations
Manager and bring to light problems faced by the team
Provide inputs to improve work procedures that can enhance
overall team
performance
