Required Skills

MBA ( tier 1) / CA ( first attempt) with minimum 2 to 4 years of post-qualification relevant experience in project management role for Large Projects or Start-ups.
Experience with Projects / (Working knowledge of MS Projects preferable)
Banking / Consulting background  with preferable PMP certification
People Connect & getting things done
Sound knowledge of the overall banking environment with specific emphasis to Compliance function will be an added advantage

Role Description

Work with Group Head  Legal & Compliance for managing all the projects that are required for enabling the Bank go-live
Monitor and report status of all projects  using tools
Research and provide inputs required for the team as required
Liaise with internal / external stakeholders to ensure dependencies are considered with an appreciation of the holistic picture
