Position Description:
The Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst will be involved in financial modeling and mergers and acquisitions work and work directly for the CFO, as we transition the executives to a private equity model they would be working on a private equity analysis.

- Examining new mergers and acquisitions targets
- Modeling balance sheet, income statements and cash flows
- Analyzing valuations, tracking acquisition targets and finding new ones
- Working on funding with lenders and other Price to Earning ration firms
- 1-3 year’s experience working in a corporate finance/investment banking position at a U.S HQ investment Bank
- 1-3 year’s experience in spreadsheet analysis and understand a financial model and relationship between income statements, balance sheets and cash flows.
- Must have experience with mergers and acquisitions
- Strong MS Excel & PowerPoint skills
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance is required
- CA or CPA USA or MBA Finance required
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
- Prior experience with US based company preferred
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Must possess analytical skills and be detailed oriented
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
