| This role leads the Invoice to cash Process for Flow businesses of GE Oil & Gas and GE Power businesses, Invoice to Cash Metrics for GE India and play a key role in critical initiatives on Order to Cash Process | |
| - Drive collection and Delivery of various targets including Past Dues for Flow businesses of Oil & Gas and Power - Support the I2C Leader in driving operating metrics on Cash and other areas as required by the Enterprise Standards - Lead I2C Metrics for GE India, develop analytics, operating metrics for Senior Leadership reporting, support I2C Leader on Budgeting and performance measurement - Drive robust and timely dispute resolution mechanism and document management process for timely collections - Play a key role in set up and functioning of Enterprise COE to drive Forms, EMDs and Key Account Collections - Play a key role in implementing initiatives for Order to Cash Process, e.g. Credit Policy, process benchmarking and gap analysis, O2C Audit Scope and driving corrective actions - Simplify and Improve downstream invoice to Cash process and influence changes in upstream processes. - Quarterly performance and targets linked to the business needs and targets, actuals vs performance, root cause analysis for target misses. - Work closely with the PMO on various structural projects leading to improvements in the Invoice to Cash process - Manage a team of 10 people including third party contractors to run the I2C Process of the identified businesses wing to wing - Work with I2C Owners to share and implement best practices across the regions | |
| • Qualified CA / MBA with 5~7 years of experience or an experienced professional with in depth domain Expertise is desirable • Good understanding of business processes with a strong knowledge of AR / collection process. • Knowledge of local banking/funding process is essential | |
| • Good managerial, interpersonal & communication (both written & spoken) and presentation skills needed • Proficiency in computers like MS Office, etc. • Energetic , self-starter, motivated & quick learner • Prior experience in team management would be an added advantage |
