Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
* Oversee and provide guidance for the development and maintenance of internal controls, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) control documentation, evaulation of controls, and testing.

* Ensure completion of all tasks related to SOX compliance such as annual update of documentation, quarterly testing and validations, action completion to ensure issue resolution, ongoing IT related testing and assurance, quarterly certification, and annual scoping.
* Review input and generate reports on the status of SOX compliance.
* Provide guidance globally regarding risk and control related topics.

Required Qualifications:
* 4 year degree in Accounting or equivalent or 4 year non-accounting degree with a minimum of 18 hours accounting coursework.
* 3 to 5 years of accounting or accounting related experience
* 4 year degree in Accounting or equivalent or 4 year non-accounting degree with a minimum of 18 hours accounting coursework.
* 3 to 5 years of accounting or accounting related experience
* Proven records of initiative, good analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
* Fluent in English
* Fluent in English
* International travel up to 10%
* Professional Certification (Chartered Accountant, CPA, or CMA)
