This is not a 'run if the mill' accounting and auditing role.
You will be an employee who is expected to work as an owner entrepreneur
CTC: A funnction of qualififcations and skillsets and could be a max of 4-5 lacs p.a.

At the Polo Towers Group, we build & run hotels and restaurants, develop exciting brands, franchise foreign brands and try to be ahead of the curve at technology in the food and beverage space. Backed by a great history, we are on the lookout for stellar folks to join us in the exciting journey that lies ahead.
We are looking for people with a strong sense of ownership, a never-say-never attitude, those who will go the extra mile and most importantly, have lots of fun while doing this.
Our food business is growing fast and there is so much more to do. In the last six months, we have added five more QSR outlets in Kolkata, recieved a first round funding, had panic attacks, survived them and day-dreamed about everything from going international to running 5000 outlets.
As we continue to grow from 5 to 20 outlets a month, we realize that we need a bunch of maniacs to pull this off - people who may have never had anything to do with restaurants but are impatient to learn and grow, always hungry (and not just for food!) and people who can tell a balance sheet from P&L (the bottomline always matters!)
We are starting a program called 'Ownerprenurs in Residence'. We need people who will join us, get their hands dirty - rotate through running a store, an area, a couple of other functions for 2-4 months and then grow into mid-management - assume P&L responsibility of running several stores, own expansion into new markets or run a specific function (Marketing, HR etc.)
What we can't promise is systematic and standardized career path. What is guaranteed is a hell of a fun ride with you in the drivers seat and some great milestones ahead.

Whatever the job at hand, you will be expected to display complete ownership and take it to completion faster than you thought possible. Shock us and surprise yourself.
You might be responsible for launching a new campaign, or hiring new people, or managing print vendors, or doing all of this and more simultaneously!
