Roles and Responsibilities
·          Perform Finance Transformation role in Shared Services visioning, design and implementation Consulting engagements
·          Lead F&A work-streams like O2C, P2P, R2R or manage complete engagement
·          Work closely with client personnel to map current state processes, conduct workshops, identify improvement opportunities and develop the business case
·          Design future state Shared Services operating model – Processes, organization structure, governance and SLAs
·          Assist the client in setting up the Shared Services centre – Conducting pilots, training, change management, process hand-holding, continuous improvement
·          Manage various client stakeholders and work in complex environments, usually onsite at client locations
Required Skills
Primary Skills
·          Required Qualification – Chartered Accountant (C.A.)/ Finance Background
·          Relevant BPO or Shared Services experience
·         Experience of improvement/ re-engineering of finance processes in O2C, P2P, R2R streams
·         Knowledge of Internal controls and compliance
·         Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
Secondary Skills
·          Exposure to any ERP package
·          Exposure to Manufacturing sector
