Lead the circle tax teams ensuring the group tax compliance
Define the strategy and develop the business case as well as roadmaps for regional tax compliance monitoring and department handling proactively
Train and develop the competence in the circle tax teams to improve the tax compliance and local governance processes.
Manage the liasoning with the tax and regulatory authorities and make them understand the complexities of tax issues in the telecom and business of the organisation.
Manage the internal guidance to the cross functional teams proactively to enhance the compliance levels in terms of transaction structuring and documentation retention etc so that the tax exposures are minimized.
