Manager, Finance & Accounts ( Finance controller) at a leading start up, Gurgaon

Candidate with ex- Operations/ manufacturing companies.
FMCG experience strongly preferred
3-5 years experience
Preferably a rank Holder CA
Your Role & Responsibilities
Accounting & Book Keeping
Financial MIS - Monitoring key financial metrics
Putting financial systems and procedures in place as the business scales up
Budgeting, financial planning, working capital forecasting
Overseeing all tax and regulatory/compliance issues
Strong understanding of TDS/Service Tax Compliances (including returns)
Ensuring Regular Audits
Most importantly you will be reporting directly to the founders, be a part of investor meetings and communication, and will be contributing to decisions regarding financial strategy of our company
