We are looking to hire a Manager Accounting to join our Accounting team.
Responsibilities
1. Oversee the controlling and accounting matters including ensuring the statutory compliance of annual reporting, reconciling US GAAP to local audited accounts.
2. Tax matters including tax advisory, filing annual tax returns and VAT/GST/Business Tax returns.
3 Treasury matters, including cashflow planning.
4 Responsible for management of the outsourced accounting agents if pplicable .
5 Responsible for establishment and roll up of finance policies, SOX and internal control procedures.
6 Ensure compliance with US GAAP reporting.
7 Responsible for payroll processing.
8 Manage a team of 3 including an Accountant and clerical support, to ensure the accurate and timely financial and management reporting.
9 Provide support to local operations/business units for ad hoc projects
10 Above to lead and drive / implement for India various adhoc or global projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Accountancy degree or equivalent.
5 years post qualifying experience or more, of which a minimum 2 years must be managerial position in a foreign mult-national company.
Preferably a CPA or Chartered Accountant.
Audit experience is an added advantage.
Oracle knowledge is preferable but not necessary.
Must be able to take initiative, have good communication skills and able to take on a leadership role.
