CA for Private investments of startup companies of the promoter family.


JD

·         Financial Management and controller of Private Companies of Promotors. 
·         Creating, Monitoring dashboard for daily reports, MIS, highlighting discrepancies, budgets and profitability
·         Understanding and sorting of inter-party transactions, tax implications and proposing tax friendly/efficient structures
·         Evaluating new projects/investment opportunities that may come around, keeping in mind:
   -Overall aim to increase promotor's wealth
                   -Financial Risk Management
   -Business plan preparations
                   -Helping approaching banks for appraisal 

·         Developing and maintaining relations with banks, Financial institutions and PE for financing on case by case basis. 

Experience : 3 – 10 years.
