Assistant Manager– Telecom Finance & Operating and Risk Advisory at Protiviti, Gurgaon & Mumbai
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assist in internal audits and revenue assurance .
Knowledge of telecom processes, systems and network elements is a
must.
Prior experience in working with telecom companies would be an
added advantage.
ABILITY TO TRAVEL
Travel throughout the month frequently required based on client
requests/commitments (approx. 60-65%)
EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS
Chartered Accountant/MBA from a reputed institute
Post qualification 4+ years in telecom, preferably in
professional services as an internal auditor of telecom and/or industry
“Big 4” experience strongly preferred
REQUIRED TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Understanding of current accounting (GAAP) and auditing (GAAS)
principals
Understanding of internal control concepts (COSO, COBIT)
Knowledge of auditing processes and methodologies, including
flowcharting
Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley Act provisions and methodologies for
achieving compliance
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications
TRAVEL
Travel throughout the month frequently required based on client
requests/commitments. Should have a valid passport and should be willing to
travel for at least 4 to 6 months a year to Middle East.
