Structuring business dedicated Financial Intelligence resource will be a key part of the Structuring community globally, responsible for the creation, ownership and integrity of key management information across all aspects of the Structuring products.We are looking to recruit a person to play an important role for the Structuring team with direct face off to critical senior stakeholders of Structuring Management team. The individual will be responsible for preparing analysis, reports, ExCo presentations for the Management team.

The role will also involve regular interaction with rest of the Financial Intelligence offshore team responsible for reporting and analysis on the financial and non financial processes.

The successful candidate should have experience in financial analysis and financial systems, experience in budgeting/planning and be able to present to senior management.
  • Working in close coordination with Structuring Business Managers across products and regions globally to cater to business requirements.
  • Drive Global Projects & Initiatives to support the BMs in the Structuring team which may be very diverse and varied.
  • Liase with IT team to ensure IT initiatives are implemented. Completing UAT for the IT developments.
  • Prepare critical Management reports, cost and shadow revenue analysis, and presentations for the senior stakeholders assisting them in key decision making.
  • Initiate, design and socialize templates to prepare annual plan for Global Structuring team. Coordinate with Business Managers to finalise the plan.
  • Will be exposed to / interact with Business Managers, as well as Support Areas (e.g. Finance), as necessary to deliver the required end products (e.g. pipeline deals).
  • Work with the BMs to identify and implement improvements to the way in which different processes works.
  • Review all analysis, provide value added commentary, be proactive about understanding various business issues and their resolution, continue to develop standardized meaningful MIS as well as develop meaningful operational metrics
  • Act as a resource to facilitate complex problem solving and issue resolution
  • Function as a motivational force within the team
  • Strong English skills required. Ability to communicate clearly with regional and global business managers (both verbal and written communication)
  • Chartered Accountant or Post Graduate degree, preferably in Finance or Business Administration
  • Experience of working in KPI-driven, performance-metric focussed, timeliness and quality focussed
  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills, detail orientation, service commitment, solid organizational & interpersonal skills
  • Logical and structured thinking, Intellectual curiosity and ambition
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, prioritizes multiple tasks, and meets strict deadlines
  • Should be a self starter.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, strong Excel (data manipulation, analysis); powerpoint;
