Manager, Transaction Processing at Atlas Copco Business Services - Pune

Job description/Mission 
#LI-SNA dynamic and experienced Manager that will lead the Purchase to Pay (PtP) and Order to Cash (OtC) Service Teams in Atlas Copco Business Services Finance organization. The existing Team Leaders of PtP and OtC would report to this role.You will report the local ACBS Finance Services Manager and will have the task of operational excellence in place improving the current services level by adding improved processes as defined in the strategy.We offer a dynamic, international environment where you will combine teamwork with the ability to work independently.You will be stimulated to take initiative both in your daily operational tasks and in the strategic partYou will be able to rapidly expand your technical competence, communication and management skills since you will be involved in the full scope of activities within the PtP and OtC Finance Services area and you will have day to day contacts with your international colleagues- To actively contribute to the overall development of PtP and OtC service teams in line with the business needs and Atlas Copco Business Services process, embracing process alignment and improvement, and implementing standards as set in FAM.  You will have the ambition to implement leading practices in the PtP and OtC area of Finance Services –To Develop the quality and efficiency of the PtP and OtC services in accordance with the business needs and Atlas Copco Business Services standard tools–Together with the business, work towards process alignment and improvement–Monitor service delivery KPIs–Drive and implement services changes and improvements and develop the services teams in line with customer requirements–Lead, motivate and develop the PtP and OtC Finance teams, including people development, etc.–Ensure the provision of an excellent level of customer support and maintenance of the overall Finance services -To arrange formal customer meetings and handle customer requests–Ensure excellent coordination and communication with other financial service teams as well as IS service teams–Closely cooperate with Atlas Copco Business Services Global projects organization–Drive the implementation of Atlas Copco Business Services standard processes and tools-To work closely with external and internal auditors in India-To control relevant general ledger accounts efficiently–Develop accounting and reporting routines to comply fully with Group instructions as expressed in FAM in close cooperation with General Accounting and Compliance team-Continuously improve efficiency in the organization and thereby reduce unit costs for the Finance services

Experience requirements 
-Proven track of people management with minimum of 5 years in management position in peoples management and strong experience in the Finance field-Experience in financial process re-engineering and project management -Good understanding of both local and international accounting rules is required-It would be an advantage that you have experience in working in a Customer Center environment as controller or to be in leading position in shared services environment-Proof of experience in the management areas of Planning, Organizing, Leadership and Control

Knowledge/Educational requirements 
We are looking for someone who has membership with Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and over 10 years of post qualification experience. MBA would be an advantage.
