Job Description

1. To drive operations of Project RUN ensuring standardization and consistency across markets, and manage specific deliverables for Standard Operating Model initiative, ensuring established service standards and project implementation timelines are met
2. For identified RUN exceptions, assess impact, grade risk and highlight the same to appropriate senior management levels in countries, and track resolution.
3. To closely work with country, finance, operations and technology to help resolve identified exception and related permanent tech fixes
4. To regularly measure and publish detailed MI on checks and exceptions with trend analysis and resolution TAT
5. Implement dynamic, adhoc checks from time to time
6. Ensure controls of RUN work are embedded in day to day reconciliation process and workflow
7. To work closely with Finance, operations and SOM project team for specific deliverables for the Standard Operating Model for reconciliation - successfully implementing the various principles and recommendations
8. To centralize and consolidate reconciliation of SOM prescribed accounts for identified markets
9. Automate and enhance automatch percentages to target levels for migrated reconciliations
10. Complete and maintain all migration related documentation, including process documents and approvals
11. To oversee exception management and migration related fixes coordinating closely with technology, business and operations teams. Draw up the relevant BRDs and follow up with technology, ops and business teams for implementation.
12. To draw the approach paper, terms of reference, action tracker and coordinate the PSCs/ PWCs for Project RUN / SOM migrations

Qualifications & Skills 

• Bachelors Degree + professional qualification in Accountancy - CA /CMA ( Inter/Final )
• Work experience 8-10 years in finance involving multi product Reconciliation (covering nostros, internal, ATM card and trade position recos) , GL analysis in a Bank / BPO set up
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, nature of transactions and reconciliation controls for each category of account
• Ability to gain understanding of multiple Transaction Processing systems and their linkage to GL in a short timeframe
• Should possess high analytical skills to understand underlying trends & patterns and work independently for faster closer of exceptions
• Good working knowledge of reconciliation application TLM preferred.
• Strong Interpersonal, Communication Skills and excellent stakeholder management both internal and overseas, covering business, finance and technology teams
• Preferred grade - Grade G ( flexibility to hire one level below depending upon candidate's skill sets)
