Leadership and Management - Partner with NBS/Group IT to develop and implement a consolidated BI strategy, including agreement of data cube models, standardized xDivisional transactional and Dashboard reporting supportive of the KPI Roadmap - Partner with the Global Process Owners to deliver on KPI Roadmap requirements Implementation and Operations - Provide leadership which is inclusive, proactive, respectful, change agile, innovation/creativity and results driven with a strong customer service focus - She/he will be a team player, driving a continuous improvement mindset in the organization enabling the establishment of a ‘Decisions through Data’ culture Operational Excellence: - Establish central repository for FRA Operations benchmarking - Work with GPOs and FSCs to establish Process KPI stretch targets - Deliver Quarterly quartile benchmark review with GPOs and wider FRA Operations team, identifying key improvement areas - Partner with FSC and O&O teams to ensure FRA Scorecard creation requirements are fulfilled - Ensure KPI reporting is developed in line with Finance Core Process training material Governance, Process Documentation and Training: - Lead workshops with FRA Operations Business Partners, in country FSCs, Outsourcing Partners, providing guidance and leadership to embed use of KPI metrics as part of a ‘Decisions through Data’ culture; Leverage KPIs to target high impact opportunities and perform process risk assessments, develop mindset of operational management through use of KPIs vs hearsay, effective commentary for Scorecard reporting - Integration point between Finance Core and Program teams, for Finance Core benchmarking data - Support GPOs in delivery of KPI reporting as part of Performance Management roadmap - Development of agreed Scorecard templates to facilitate FRA Operations - Implement monthly summary scorecard process reviews with GPOs

Minimum requirements

Chartered Accountant, MBA English mandatory 6 - 8 years
