Description
- Job Title: Financial Analyst (2-3 years)
- Compliances on Indirect Taxes VAT, Service Tax, Withholding taxes, Provident Funds which is required to be handled on a regular (monthly) basis. Major focus towards compliances and internal controls.
- Reporting requirements - HQ/disclosure/compliances
- Preparation of Budgets and forecasts, Variance analysis with follow up and review periodically.
- One-off or special projects currently Roll out of Leave module, T & E module, XAL/ AX etc.,
- Finance Support for various teams.

- Your profile :
Must have 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Must have knowledge and experience with --
- Compliances on Indirect Taxes VAT, Service Tax,Provident Funds which is required to be handled on a regular (monthly) basis.
- Service Tax reconciliation and filings half yearly filings
- WHT reconciliation - Monthly and filings monthly/quarterly.
- Monthly withholding Tax report preparation
- AMEX reconciliation of employees
- Assisiting in foreign (IC) remittances and international transactions.
- Month close - assistance
- Reporting requirements - HQ/disclosure/compliances
- Taxation - Tax provisions
- Audit - Assitance (internal/Annual)
- Forecast and MIS :
- Preparation of Budgets and forecasts,Variance analysis with follow up actions.
- special projects -T & E Module Roll out
- Finance Support various teams
- Special projects - AX
- Excellent analytical, modeling and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Eagerness to make an impact; takes initiative
- Ability to effectively multi-task
- Very strong working knowledge of MS Excel and advanced charting
