Desired Candidate Profile
• Financial Planning & Analysis: For a Business entity covering analysis on monthly performance, operating and financial metrics like pyramid, Utilization, leverage, Price point, Timesheet leakage etc. Participate in Executive Management review on need basis.
• Planning & Forecasting: Preparation of forecast for six months on a rolling basis.
• Annual Budgeting : Goal setting, investment planning, key initiatives, preparation of P&L
• Revenue Assurance: Assuring revenue recognition to meet with the Budget targets on monthly basis. Ensuring revenue recognition for fixed price, T&M, SLA projects. Ensuring proactive alert to business on revenue shortfall/risks and mitigation requirement.
• Request for Proposal (RFP): To support the business on various RFPs on ongoing basis. RFPs would be typically range from $5m to $100m. Key responsibility includes preparation of financial model, executive review, commercial negotiations, contract structure etc.
• Cost Control & margin management: To provide analysis to business on cost items variation, monitor & Track cost rationalization plan.
• Adhoc business analysis requirements: to support business heads on various Adhoc analysis requirements - revenue analytics for specific customer, project profitability, analysis of ELT meetings, any specific analysis as required by delivery heads on utilization / pyramid / solutions etc.
• Compliance & Risk management: vetting of project PO/Statement of work from commercial perspective.
• Other responsibilities: project opening approvals, Capex approvals, sales & delivery KRA validation etc.
• M&A - Financial due diligence and integration work on need basis
• Excellent communications, preferred to have experience in financial planning and Analysis, MIS and budgeting, Good Commercial aptitude, knack for number crunching, Experience in managing and mentoring Team.
