Manager - Productivity and Working Capital at Pepsico, Gurgaon

Chartered Accountant / MBA (Finance) with 3 - 4 years of relevant experience in Finance

Tenure Commitment-2 years

This role will provide value adds to the operations vertical which includes Purchase,

Manufacturing, Supply chain & value business & require interaction with Region Reporting / Planning / Productivity teams.

Accountabilities and measures:

Strat Plan/ AOP/ Quarterly Forecast

Business Performance Monitoring: Preparation of the monthly productivity Review with key issues and action points for Operations team

Conducting monthly productivity council to discuss project charters and drive actions

Escalate concern areas in productivity on regular basis and pick-up for discussion in the council

Work with Operations (HO+Field) team to build a robust pipeline of productivity projects

Establish a process to keep rigour on projects between council meetings

Maintain Power steering hygiene in terms of project stages, current status etc.

Track working capital initiatives against plan, identify opportunities to improve WC

Handle productivity and working capital submissions to Region
