Job Description
The Incumbent would be currently working with Godrej Construction, once the DAHEJ plant is commissioned the position will be a part of Godrej Process Equipment division�s finance structure.
He / She would be responsible for:
1. Ensuring that financial accounting records are accurately and timely prepared and maintained so that they are actionable and verifiable during Construction of Factory for PED and later on for regular business for PED
2. Ensuring the benefits for SEZ are correctly accounted and taken
3. Ensuring tax structure for construction contract for Dahej Factory is efficient and aligned to Corporate Accounts guidelines
4. Ensuring that all statutory laws, taxation laws (direct & indirect) and financial accounting standards are strictly adhered to
5. Setting up adequate Internal Controls
6. Coordinating with the Internal and Statutory Auditors
7. Responsible for all factory related accounting, costing, inventory systems and MIS
8. Financial setups, Trial Balance and Ledger controls of Baan Finance Company 271
9. Operating revenue and expense control through budgeting; capital budgeting; manpower and capital productivity analysis and controls; analysis of inventories and net working capital
10. Project Systems; project/departmental costing and tracking cost drivers for allocation of factory expenses
11. Commercial documentation, accounting and tax compliance for despatches, invoicing and sales recognition
He / She would be responsible for:
