| • The incumbent will be part of the FP&A team of GE India Technology Centre • The role will be responsible for the following Financial consolidation & reporting including variance analysis, P&E reporting for Center Financial Consolidation and analysis of Plans and Projections Center wide MIS reporting Drive functional initiatives and analytical support at Center level | |
| • Plan schedule of reviews for monthly and quarterly reporting • Facilitate monthly cost review before billing • Drive monthly P&L consolidation and variance analysis including tracking of cost, headcount, P&E and ALR by business • Prepare monthly center wide MIS presenting financial, operational and business metrics • Prepare monthly reporting / roll-forward cash flow projections • Quarterly financial review/report-out with GRC HQ and Center Leadership team • Periodic review and analysis of Plan vs Actuals covering financial and operating metrics • Consolidate periodical forecasts for financial and operational metrics by working closely with business analysts • Consolidation of financial and operational inputs for Blueprint, SII, and Annual Operating Plans • Perform data uploads and budget submissions • Monitoring center wide strategic initiatives • Participate and execute cost management program across center • Drive constant rigor on compliance and controllership • Closely work with controller's team for month / quarter and year end financial closure including audits • Support adhoc data requests and analysis • Participate in global initiatives such as Reporting / DWH and Business Intelligence programs • Execute any specific projects identified from time to time | |
| • Chartered Accountant with 5-7 years of relevant experience • Strong knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis including Cost benefit analysis, variance analysis, planning, forecasting, budgeting and management reporting • Good understanding of MIS process and ability to drive attention towards key financial, operational and business imperatives through analysis and presentation • Ability to engage and work with business and operational leaders • Ability to communicate with clarity and confidence with all levels of management • Strong knowledge of Indian and US GAAP • Excellent presentation skills using power point and high level of proficiency in Excel • Ability to work in a matrix environment | |
