| Responsible for the Managing Finance Operations for Hyderabad site (FTE size 2500+). Key deliverables expected from the position. -Build, Manage and track the business case and investments in setting up office space and timely creating seating capacity to meet the growth plans. Financial Project Management for these investment would be 100+ MUSD over a period of 2-3 years -Provide active business operations support including coordination with Sourcing and Facilities operations team for onboarding of new businesses on site -Develop annual bottoms up Budgets, generate monthly rolling forecasts and periodic Latest estimates for all GBS Functions and Site Operations Functions -Design and maintain early warning systems for financial tracking, ensuring accurate advance warning for all financial results and Proactively carryout value-added analyses on financial data, supporting and testing information provided by global teams -Builds strong business relationship with Local/Global Pharma and other Business Line, by respecting business needs and striving to cover requirements, with particular focus on timeliness, cost and quality parameters -Work closely with Mumbai FRA team and Shared Country Procurement Organization to drive process improvements for faster turnaround on sourcing requests and to ensure timely payments to various lab suppliers (capex and opex) -Supervise and manage all compliance functions related to Financial operations -Ensure strong systems and controls over 3rd party resources and contracts -Act as a strong back up for Site CFO | |
