The Ethics and Compliance Analyst will provide advice and counsel on matters of compliance and ethical business practices. 

1. Understand applicable compliance policies 

2. Track data for compliance audits and own audit escalations and close issues with commercial teams by guiding them 

3. Develop and coordinate the implementation of compliance policies, procedures, and practices across the affiliate. 

4. Develop, implement, and coordinate education and training programs that focus on the elements of the corporate-wide compliance program, particularly related to key values, policies and procedures. 

5. Monitor adherence to compliance policies and procedures. 

6. Provide advice as it relates to compliance with applicable policies and procedures. 

7. Maintain a current working knowledge of various laws, regulations, and industry guidance that impact the affiliate-wide compliance program. 

In addition, he/she will collaborate and consult with Corporate OEC, Legal, Human Resources and Commercial to ensure the successful integration and implementation of compliance and ethics across all businesses in Abbott India. 
Qualifications 

Required Education / Experience 

- Chartered Accountant with around 3 years of experience 

- Demonstrated problem-solving skills 

Preferred Education/Experience 

- Minimum of 0-3 years’ experience with, or exposure to, business functions such as compliance, legal, regulatory affairs, government affairs or finance. 

- Experience in a similar role. 

- Prior experience in sales, marketing, compliance, legal or regulatory functions at large pharmaceutical or medical device company. 

- knowledge of the marketing, promotion and selling processes. 

- knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical or devices marketing and sales interactions with all major customer segments.
