Job Description
1. Collection accounting as per internal corporate policy, Unidentified Collection, Accounting for Expenses, Sales invoicing as per Commercial Contract.
2. Personnel Accounting, Accrual of expenses which are actual amounts spent and due but not paid
3. Trial balance scrutiny to ensure fairly and accurately branch accounting, Fixed Assets management, Receivable Management, Cash Management, & Inventory Management
4. Compliance with sales tax, service tax, works contract tax & income tax laws
5. Coordinating with statutory & internal auditors
6. Interacting & coordinating with dealers, Godrej Appliances service franchisees & Lawkim personnel in accounting matters
7. Advising the branch on VAT, WCT and Service Tax related issues, timely submission of all insurance related data to corporate accounts
8. Providing MIS & other statements
9. Interacting with Head Office accounts & other departments
10. PMO Initiatives on C Form tracking, EMDs, ST Refunds
11. Training and development of Branch staff in areas of Finance and local Statutory Compliance


Qualification Details
Essential Qualification: Masters in Commerce / Bachelors in Commerce
Preferred Qualification: Chartered Accountant
Experience Details
Essential Experience: 5 years of work experience post qualification for Masters in Commerce OR 7 years of work experience post qualification for Bachelors in Commerce
Preferred Experience: Relevant work experience
Special Skill
1. Computer savvy
2. Knowledge of:
