IBPS Common Recruitment Process for Recruitment of Specialist Officers in Participating Organisations(CRP SPL-IV)

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) invites applications from eligible candidates to apply for recruitment of Specialist Officer - HR/Personnel Officer (Scale-I) in participating organizations.

Age requirements: Min- 20 Years / Max-30 Years

Eligibility requirements as of 1st November, 2014:
You should have Graduate degree from a recognized institute and also a full time Post Graduate degree or full time Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/ HR/HRD/ Social Work / Labour Law.
[Note: one of the fields of specialisation should be in the field prescribed. In case of major/ minor specialisations, the major specialisation should be in the stream prescribed. A candidate with MBA/PG Diploma with more than 2 specialisations is not eligible to apply].

Important Dates:
Online registration: 18th November to 9th December, 2014
Payment of fee online: 18th November to 9th December, 2014
Download call letter for CWE: after 3rd Feb,2015
Online CWE (tentative dates): 14th Feb / 15th Feb 2014
Result status ofCWE: Feb 2015
Download of call letters for interview: March 2015
Conduct of interview: March 2015
Provisional allotment: April 2015.
