Description
The BlackLine Operations Manager ( BlackLine Manager ) in Chennai, India will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the BlackLine staff located in Chennai, India and will report directly to the Director of Internal Controls located in Pittsburgh, PA for daily job responsibilities and overall supervision and on a dotted line basis to the APAC Reconciliation Control Manager for local HR reporting requirements. The BlackLine Manager will perform the following activities: Manage the global Quality Assurance Program to ensure that reconciliations are being performed in accordance with the corporate policy and reconciliation standards. Identify reconciliations for review and assignment to staff. Oversee Quality Assurance results, ensures consistency of review process and communicate results to management. Provide day to day oversight and supervision to staff located in Chennai, India. Demonstrate ownership of the global BlackLine Reconciliation application and ensure that reconciliation standards within the application met Corporate Policy requirements, including setting reconciliations standards, interpretations of corporate policies, providing guidance to staff and end users as required. Will be a key participate in the on-going roll-out of the BlackLine application to user groups globally and support the on-going development of systemic interfaces to continually challenge to the global operational process and related support activities. Oversee the development of user training programs and ensure the delivery of training programs to staff as necessary. Will review and approve reports produced for management, to ensure they are accurate and created timely and support the strengthening of the overall global reconciliation process. Bachelor in Commerce. 8 to 10 years of experience.
Qualifications
Shoule be a B.Com Chartered Accountant or MBA in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
